  • How long does the course take to complete?
    The course is self-paced — most members complete it in 6–8 weeks, but you can go faster or slower. The most important thing is to give yourself time to practice the new techniques that you learn
  • Is this therapy?
    No — this is not a replacement for therapy. It’s a somatic and breath-based approach to anxiety that complements therapy beautifully.
  • Is it suitable if I’m currently feeling very anxious?
