Hi, I’m Andrea — a qualified breathwork and somatic coach with over 1,000 hours of training and 30+ years experience supporting clients through stress, pressure and overwhelm. 

 I built this method while working in a demanding corporate role and growing my own business. I had to find ways to regulate my nervous system before stress and anxiety became burnout. Now I teach these same tools to other busy, high-functioning women who want to do the same

  • How much time will I need to commit?
    You can take it at your own pace. I recommend 15 - 20 minutes daily but if you miss a day, that's fine. There's no time limit for completion.

    For the techniques to be effective you'll need to build a regular practice of the techniques that you will learn. This is to bring your levels of stress, anxiety & overwhelm down over time. For those, I recommend 10-15 minutes daily. The key with the techniques is to do SOMETHING every day when you start and then when your nervous system is stable it's more about top ups as and when you need
  • How is this different from other anxiety or wellness memberships?
    This isn’t a mindset-only approach. We work with your body using somatics and breathwork, so you learn how to actually feel safe and calm, not just think positively.
  • What happens in the live sessions?
    In the live sessions we will practice the techniques to regulate your nervous system.
    Everything is gentle and natural, I will guide you throughout
    Yoga mats and blankets are all provided, so you just need to bring yourself!
    The lives are a great way to build a habit of doing the practices. You don't need to attend every single session, but I recommend that you attend at least one a month.
  • How long do I need to be a member for?
    You can cancel your membership any time.

    I will be constantly adding new material and updating material as new science research becomes available, so I'd love it if you stayed a member.
  • How do I know if this is right for me?
    If you’re dealing with high-functioning anxiety, burnout, or nervous system overload — and you’re ready to make some changes and commit 15-20 minutes a day — this is your sign to start!
