    That’s why I personally check in with you twice a day. If you feel stuck, I’ll help you get back on track.
  • I’ve tried therapy and medication. How is this different?
    Therapy and medication can be helpful, but they don’t always teach you how to regulate your nervous system. This is about learning practical tools to manage anxiety in the moment.
  • Do I need any prior experience with breathwork or somatic exercises?
    Not at all. You’ll just press play and follow along. No thinking, no learning—just doing.
